Diffuse 4-7 drops 30-60 mins on/30-60 mins off
1-2 drops on a tissue
Dilute in carrier oil/lotion for self-massage – 15 drops to 50ml carrier (around chest, lower back/abdomen particularly soothing pre-menstruation)
Add to bath 4-7 drops max, diluted in carrier eg white base lotion, carrier oil, honey, or wash base gel
