Lime (Citrus aurantifolia)
Petitgrain (Citrus aurantium fol)
Grapefruit (Citrus paradisi)
Bergamot (Citrus bergamia)
+Linalool, Limonene, Geraniol - naturally occurring in essential oils.
100% organic essential oils.

Diffuse 4-7 drops 30-60 mins on/30-60 mins off
1-2 drops on a tissue
Dilute in carrier oil/lotion for self-massage – 15 drops to 50ml carrier * a word of caution: Bergamot is photosensitising so if you are applying this blend in a carrier topically, ensure you do not expose the skin to sunlight after application (for at least 12 hrs) as you risk burning the skin/severe irritation.
*Not recommended for use in bath, however a few drops in a morning shower will give a wonderful boost and lift the spirits
