Winter Wonderland:
Cedarwood (Cedrus atlantica)
Black Spruce (Picea Mariana)
Cypress (Cupressus sempervirens)
Pine (Pinus sylvestris)
Eucalyptus stageriana
+Linalool, limonene, citral, geraniol, citronella - naturally occurring in essential oils.

Diffuse 4-7 drops 30-60 mins on/30-60 mins off
1-2 drops on a tissue (or on a cotton pad) tucked in your pillow case – this is a dark oil so don’t drop directly onto bedding as it will stain
Dilute in carrier oil/lotion for self-massage – 15 drops to 50ml carrier
Add to bath 4-7 drops max, diluted in carrier eg white base lotion, carrier oil, honey, or wash base gel.
* Never add essential oils to the bath neat - essential oils and water do not mix, and the essential oils will separate to the surface of the water and can cause significant skin irritation/burn
